Sexual violence thrives in silence but healing begins when we speak up and support one another. If you, or someone you know, has experienced sexual violence, please know: YOU ARE NOT ALONE, you are believed and help is available. There is strength in reaching out and courage in sharing your story. If you need help, call us and speak with an Advocate. Our 24/7 Sexual Assault Hotline is (936) 417-2104 or call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at (800) 656-HOPE (4673). There is support, resources and referrals available, even if you wish to not report to law enforcement.

A Hardin County jury convicted James Daniel Swearingen of aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child, sentencing him to 65 years without parole.
