I just finished reading: "Death and the I Ching" by Lulla Rosenfeld.
A group of theater people get together in Greenwich Village to talk about their upcoming play & its set.
They include a famous actress, her husband, her personal assistant, a physician (married to the PA), the set designer, a Yugoslavian actor, a playwriter, the young radical son of the actress, & his gorlfriend.
They decided to consult the I Ching, which proffers a dire warning. By the end of the evening one person will die.
The investigation is taken on by the young artist that lives in the ground floor of the house who is able to find more clues than the police.....
I found this to be an interesting read which peaked my curiosity about the I Ching, which I never really understood. Although I wasn't enamored of the characters nor did I empathize with any of them I finished the book and enjoyed the conclusion.
