Crescenta Valley Town Council had the honor of meeting with Senator Sasha Perez.

Thank you for taking the time to engage directly with the Council and for fostering an open dialogue on the issues that matter most to our residents. Community conversations like these help ensure local voices are heard and represented.

☕️ Coffee with the Council ☕️

Join us Sunday, June 14, 2026 8am-1pm
at the Montrose Farmers Market for a casual morning of coffee, conversation, and community.

This is an opportunity to connect with neighbors, share ideas, ask questions, and discuss the issues that matter most to our community. Whether you have a specific concern or simply want to stay informed, your voice is an important part of the conversation.

Looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new neighbors as we continue the conversations that help shape our community.

End of school year recognition of the dedicated people who ensure our students and community have safe crossings to and from school, rain or shine.

These individuals embody the essence of community service.

Together with the CHP the CVTC spent the morning with the 12 crossing guards thanking them for all they do!

Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station to Host Catalytic Converter Etching Event

Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Vehicle Theft Task Force invite residents to attend our Catalytic Converter Etching Event on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM at La Cañada High School, located at 4463 Oak Grove Drive, La Cañada Flintridge. The event will take place in the south portion of the school's front parking lot.

This event is part of the Sheriff's Department's ongoing efforts to combat catalytic converter thefts throughout Los Angeles County.

Participants will have their catalytic converters etched with a unique identifying number at no cost. Etching serves as a theft deterrent and can assist law enforcement in identifying and returning stolen catalytic converters that are later recovered during criminal investigations.

The event is free and open to the public.

We encourage community members to take advantage of this opportunity to help protect their vehicles and reduce the likelihood of becoming a victim of catalytic converter theft.

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice secured the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy every day.

This Memorial Day, the Crescenta Valley Town Council encourages our community to pause, reflect, and express gratitude for those who made the ultimate sacrifice and for the families who carry their legacy forward.

Congratulations to the 2026 CVTC Scholarship recipents.

With 15 applications received it was hard to choose just 5! We are amazed with the caliber of young adults that this community raises. Something to be proud of.

For the first year we had two sponsored scholarships, such a rewarding way to recognize the hard work that has been put in.

🔹The Charles K. Beatty Memorial Scholarship was received by Aaron Mendoza for his dedication to his studies and volunteering for inclusivity and community. Not only does he attend CV High School but also carries a 4.0 and Dean’s Honor at Glendale Community College already completing 11 course credits.

🔹ACE Hardware Tools for your Future was received by Caleb Burton for his dedication to being a scholar athlete. Being at the top of his game in both academics and track and field.
