2026–2027 La Crosse Hmong New Year VIP Table Q&A ✨

As the New Year celebration gets closer, here are answers to frequently asked questions about VIP tables and general admission tickets for the Night Party:

Q: How much is a VIP table?
A: Each VIP table is $500.

Q: What is included with a VIP table?
A: Each VIP table includes:

• Reserved seating for up to 10 guests
• One token redeemable for one case of beer
• Early VIP access from 6:00–7:00 p.m.

Q: How are VIP tables assigned?
A: VIP tables are assigned on a first-paid, first-assigned basis, with the earliest paid reservations receiving placement closest to the stage. Full payment must be received before a table will be assigned.

Q: Will general admission seating be available?
A: Yes, but general seating is limited to only 200 seats. Once those seats are occupied, all remaining general admission will be standing room only.

Q: How much are advance general admission tickets?
A: Advance general admission tickets are $20 per person.

Q: When and where can advance tickets be purchased?
A: Advance tickets will be available on the following dates:

September 14–17
HCCC Office
8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

September 18–19
HCCC tent at the event
8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Please note that purchasing a general admission ticket does not guarantee a seat.

Q: When and where is the Night Party?
A: The event information is:

Saturday, September 19, 2026
VIP Access: 6:00–7:00 p.m.
Night Party: 7:00 p.m.–midnight
Onalaska Omni Center

2026–2027 La Crosse Hmong New Year Parking Pass Q&A

As the New Year celebration gets closer, here are answers to frequently asked questions about parking passes:

Q: How much is a weekend parking pass?
A: Weekend parking passes are $50 per vehicle and are valid for both Saturday, September 19, and Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Q: Where can I purchase a weekend parking pass?
A: Weekend passes will be available:

September 14–17: HCCC Office - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
September 18: Veterans Memorial Park at the HCCC Tent 8:00 am - 4:30pm

Q: Where can the weekend pass be used?
A: The weekend pass is valid at both parking locations:

• Veterans Memorial Park
• Interstate Fairgrounds (Requires shuttles to get to the event)

Please note that purchasing a weekend pass does not guarantee parking at Veterans Memorial Park. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once parking at Veterans Memorial Park reaches full capacity, attendees will be directed to park at the Interstate Fairgrounds and take the complimentary shuttle to the event.

Q: Is admission charged per vehicle or per person?
A: Admission to the event is charged per vehicle only. There is no additional admission fee per person

Q: Will daily parking passes be available for presale?
A: No. Daily passes will be sold at the event only at the following rates:

🚗 Veterans Memorial Park: $30 per vehicle, per day
🚗 Interstate Fairgrounds: $25 per vehicle, per day

OFFICE CLOSURE NOTICE

Our office will be closed this Thursday, all day and Friday from 8am-2pm. Farmer's Market will still resume from 3:30pm-7pm. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see everyone on Friday for Farmer's Market!

Thank you to everyone again who came out to our first Health Community Event. We hope everyone learned more, got some nice freebies, and left with full stomachs. This wouldn't have been possible without our awesome partner organizations, selfless volunteers, and all of our attendees so THANK YOU!
