City of La Crosse Mayor Shaundel Washington-Spivey met today with the business community for a frank and honest conversation, hosted and moderated by the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce. Today’s topics were centered around the realities of doing business in our city, including discussing the possibility of a City administrator, exploring zoning updates and historical preservation, and public safety.

The Mayor extends special thanks to CEO Sam Scinta for fostering constructive dialogue. As a City, we look forward to collaborating with our business partners to improve and strengthen City/business relations by identifying actionable steps that ensure future business and industry growth.
