Heavy rain, flooding, heat and severe storms are all possible across the region this week.

As you make plans, stay weather aware and be prepared to adjust if conditions change. If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around - don't drive through it. Floodwaters can hide serious hazards, including downed power lines.

Beat the heat and save energy this summer!

Raise your thermostat a few degrees when possible and make sure to replace dirty/clogged filters so your system runs efficiently. Use smaller appliances instead of the oven to keep extra heat out of the kitchen and remember to close blinds during the hottest times of the day.

Simple actions can lead to significant savings this summer. 😎☀️
