We're excited to share a new tool built with and for rural communities: the Rural Community Building Reflection workbook.

Rural community builders in Oregon were the first to try out this workbook. Called Fortaleza (โ€œstrengthโ€ in Spanish), this group includes people from all walks of life who work to make things better for people in their community. Their input helped to make this workbook even better! ๐Ÿค

Baker County Library District is seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to lead secure, reliable technology services across a multi-branch public library district.

This hands-on leadership role manages network and systems infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, vendor coordination, staff support, public-facing technology, and technology planning. Ideal candidates will bring progressively responsible IT experience in a public agency, library, school, nonprofit, or similarly service-oriented environment.

Salary: $33.00-$40.00/hour, depending on experience, plus medical, dental, and Oregon PERS benefits. Apply by June 21, 2026.
