We are seeking applicants for the Right Track Resource Center (RTRC) Manager position based in La Grande, Oregon. This position oversees daily operations, with a primary focus on coordinating the winter Warming Station program and managing volunteers.

We’re looking for people with lived experience of houselessness or housing insecurity, knowledge of social services, strong communication skills and ability to connect to others, and a passion for the work. This is a full-time position, annual salary $74,484.80 - $77,064, et by NEON’s standardized compensation scale.

We're hiring! NEON is currently seeking to fill a position for Medicaid Outreach and Enrollment Specialist. This position will travel throughout five counties of Eastern Oregon to conduct outreach and help families with children and expecting parents apply for Oregon Health Plan/ Medicaid, provide education on Medicaid benefits, and support access to health and social services.
Qualified bilingual candidates with Spanish fluency preferred.
