Hello, Oldham County!

Please see the information regarding our 2026 CAIP & YAIP Programs. Applications will be accepted July 13th-August 13th.

CAIP: Apply for cost-share reimbursement on agricultural projects, up to $5,000 producer maximum reimbursement, spanning eleven incentive areas. See flyer for all incentive areas.

YAIP: Youth ages 9-18 can apply to receive 50% cost-share reimbursement up to $1,500 for completing approved agricultural projects spanning five incentive areas. See flyer for all incentive areas.

UPDATE- we have less than 200 left of our original 1,200. We will probably run out tomorrow. If you are looking to get some Eastern White Pine seedlings, try to get here tomorrow!

In the spirit of Earth Day and Arbor Day week, we are thrilled to announce our BONUS TREE GIVEAWAY(!!), which will take place starting next Monday, April 27th.

We have 1,200 2-year-old Eastern White Pines to give out on a first-come, first-served basis, here at the Oldham County Conservation District office. Trees will only be available for pick up next week during regular office hours, 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Bring your own bag! We went through our supply at our giveaway in March. There will be no household limit on number of trees you can take for this giveaway.

This post will be updated when we have run out of trees, and a sign will be put on the front door. Our office address is 1002 Buckner Centre Drive, Suite 4, La Grange.
