I tried to ignore the Liar News Network and the Liar and Chief as much as I could. I get it I bring in State Law and prove you are wrong so the the Liar News has to go on a slander hit piece.

First how to tell a person is not from around here. Even though Clear Lake was annexed in 1973 by the City of Houston and all the mailing address say Houston, Space Center Blvd is in Clear Lake.

Second State Law says the Mayor's homestead exemption is his residence. You can state he does not live here, that is your 1st amendment right, however you would be wrong by State Law. If you feel otherwise have the testicular fortitude to take it to court.

Third my property taxes are not frozen. Social Security Disability and VA Disability are totally different. Ask any other Disabled Vet under 💯 if their property taxes are frozen.

Fourth the ordnance review committee was my idea of course I want to be apart of it. The last time the Homestead Ordnance in La Marque was even thougt about was 1978 or at least that is when it got adopted into the City Charter. 59-1 of the City Charter.

Fifth the tax freeze section of the City Charter was last updated in 2005, and I don't meet the requirments to have my taxes frozen.

However, there is legislation that will allow the Municipality to add a minimum $5000 up to a 20% Homestead Expemption to the property taxes for all residents on top of the over 65 exemption. That's what I would like the Ordinance review committee to work on. If I do not get put back on it then I am fine. It does not affect me.

Also the Ordinance Review has nothing to do with property taxes. Now if you want to talk about me wanting to be on GCAD, that is because I am still fighting them over how that organization defines a living space and how the State defines a living space. I did not get voted onto it. That does not change the fact I will keep fighting them to appraise peoples homes correctly.

It is really sad that a Council Person has to attack citizens with lies and fake news report. But you would have to first meet the State of Texas, Legal Definition of a Journalist, then actually create honest news content, instead of being the worst opinion piece on the planet. Always a victim.

Personally, The Babylon Bee has more honest news reporting than the fake news, I am a victim, Liar News Network.

The Department of the Navy issued orders today to ADM S. Clause, recalling him to active duty, with a report date of 24 Dec 25
A reservist, with 1,746 years of service, this Naval Aviator specializes in vertical delivery of high-value items. He is flight deck and carrier qualified. He is also a Public Affairs Specialist.
Also recalled, were LCDR Dasher, Master Chief Dancer, Senior Chief Prancer, LT Vixen, CDR Comet, Chaplain (LCDR) Cupid, PO1 Donner, and PO1 Blitzen, an Individual Augmentee from the Naval Reserve. Ensign Rudolph is also authorized to report for duty; however, he must first successfully complete Carrier Qual training, which he has failed three times.
Although the above Sailors are on orders for only 24 hours, it is anticipated that they will submit a travel claim for 24,901 miles at .56/mile, using a POV. Suitable Government transportation is not available.
As a special operations unit, each member is granted a high level of uniform flexibility, as well as relaxed grooming standards. Per diem has been modified to include large quantities of hot cocoa and cookies.
