APO Delta Community Service Organization is the service arm of the APO Delta Chapter Philippines. We have completed numerous service projects in California and lately we have expanded our reach to the Philippines.

June 17, 2026 is when we signed the MOA with Mapua University to provide two annual full scholarships for deserving students. Mapua University is our Alma Mater and it is well known for its excellent Engineering and Technology courses in the Philippines. Present at the signing was representative of Mapua University and on our side, Brother Anthony Ty, Mrs. Eden Saunders, Mrs. Fe Ty, and representatives of Delta Chapter Alumni.

May 23-24, 2026, A reunion to be remembered! Everyone had a nice time in Toronto, Canada because of our visit to reconnect with our long time friends and fraternity colleagues. The reunion was very successful and productive since we were able to gather more donations ($19,400 pledged annually) for our new project. This new project is the APO Delta CSO Scholarship Program and with the help of our biggest benefactor Mrs. E. Saunders, we were able to create 2 fully funded scholarships per year for two qualified students in Mapua University. MU is our dear Alma Mater. Well done to everyone involved and for our generous alumni who supported this project. Thank you to our new CSO President, Brother Anthony and wife Fe for working hard to accomplish this important goal of helping our community and the students of our Alma Mater.

On December 20, 2025 at 5am, APO Delta CSO gave a warm reception to the parish of Santiago de Compostela Church in Lake Forest, California (21286 Forest Meadow Dr. LF,CA 92630). We served the customary feast gratis to 620 parishioners to celebrate the traditional Philippine Midnight Mass. This parish is vital to nurturing our commitment to community service and to our goals of "leadership, friendship and service". They help our organization in fundraising and technical advice. Thank you to all participants and donors. Special thanks to Madam Eden Saunders for her never ending financial support to our group. And she also consistently provide excellent advice and guidance.
