The Town Of Lapaz’s very own head of the Sewer Department was seen at the Plymouth Motor Speedway this past weekend. He finished 3rd in the street stock race. Let’s congratulate him, and wish him luck for future races. When he is not in his 31 street stock you can find him behind the wheel of his 95 outlaw.
