As the Fourth of July approaches we would like to remind our residents of the fireworks ordinance.
A person shall not use or explode consumer fireworks on the days other than July 4th and the Fridays and Saturdays immediately preceding and following the 4th between the hours of 9AM and 11PM.
(Or in other terms... you can shoot fireworks off June 27th, and July 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th between the hours of 9AM and 11PM.)
A person shall not use fireworks on property other than their own unless they have consent from the property owner.
Also, please clean up after yourselves.
