National Police Week is a reminder of the service and sacrifice of past, present, and future law enforcement officers who dedicate their lives to serving others. Many have given their lives in that service.
During this week, we remember and honor them, their families, and the men and women who wear the badge every day in service to their communities.
So the next time you see an officer, take a moment to say thank you.
