Pool Concepts of California Inc. fast growing swimming pool builder, has an opportunity for immediate employment for a construction assistant supervisor. To be considered for this position, you must have knowledge of construction and the ability to efficiently manage subcontractors and meet project deadlines. Qualified candidates must have organizational and communication skills. Duties:

Complete checklists and return to office.
Collecting Checks.
Quote pricing for job upgrades and filling out addendum.
Communicating with subcontractors crews.
Making sure pool is built per plans.
Be present for all major phases to check against current plans. (especially day of dig and Gunite) Making sure that any change orders are not going to adversely affect the job (i.e. coping change affects decking by means of bond beam height)
Checking discrepancies in invoices and estimates.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Must have clean driving record
Good match skills

Seeking an Administrative Assistant with good computer skills and excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle busy phones, multi-task and a definite team player. Previous administrative assistant experience in the construction industry a plus.
Duties include Scheduling of projects, customer service, material ordering.
Qualifications a must: Word, Excel. Microsoft project a plus.

Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
