Wilson County Emergency Services District #3 invites you to join us for a Community Blood Drive on Friday, September 18, 2026.

Every blood donation can make a difference for patients in our community and across South Texas. Whether you are a regular donor or this will be your first time giving blood, we encourage you to come out and help support this lifesaving mission.

We are happy to announce we have posted our 2027 EMR, EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic schedules!
We still have our standard Monday/Wednesday/Friday EMT class, but we have also added a Tuesday/Thursday course as well!
Our 2026-2027 Paramedic cohort will be held Tuesday/Thursday and every other Saturday! Check out the website (under Academy Class Schedules) for more information!

Wilson County ESD #3 would like to thank Stockdale ISD for the opportunity to train with your MERT (Medical Emergency Response Team). This training provides essential skills for the team and creates relationships between the team and first responders. The goal is a unified effort to save lives, should an incident occur.
We would like to thank those who assisted with thus training, Wilson County Emergency Management and Fire, Wilson County Emergency Services District #1 - La Vernia, Tx. Also we thank John Tyler (TDEM liaison for Wilson County) for hosting the Stop The Bleed training.
