On September 17, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) posted a Federal Register notice announcing that they will begin to implement the 2020 Naturalization Civics Exam. An applicant will have to answer 12 out 20 questions correctly from a set of 128 questions. This applies to applicants who apply after October 20, 2025. For any questions or assistance with the naturalization process, please call and book an appointment with our accredited representatives at ACCESS of WNY.
