OLV Human Services OLV Human Services is a leading provider of mental and behavioral health care with nearly 1,000 employees.

Supported by OLV Charities and numerous donors, we provide care to more than 4,200 individuals in need. OLV Human Services is a non-profit charitable organization located in Lackawanna, N.Y., which provides a wide range of services to children, youth, and families in need. Each year, more than 4,000 children and families of every race, color, and religion receive care from approximately 1,200 full- and part-time staff members.

Families shouldn't have to navigate challenging obstacles when seeking programs and services for children and youth. Thank you to The Buffalo News for featuring an Another Voice in today's paper that was written by OLV's Chief Strategy Officer, Jeff Papia.

Father Baker built his legacy one act of caring at a time. And, decades later, that mission continues thanks to the hundreds of OLV associates who do the work necessary to keep the OLV organizations rolling along. Wednesday evening, some of those dedicated individuals took center stage at the annual Employee Milestone Celebration.

More than 100 associates from OLV Human Services gathered at The Show at Shea’s Seneca in South Buffalo. It was an evening of good food, familiar faces, and stories shared across departments, honoring colleagues reaching milestone anniversaries and thanking retirees for their years of faithful service.
