🐾❤️ What an incredible day at Magnolia Paws!❤️🐾

The biggest congratulations go to Jake, one of our long-term foster dogs, who officially found his forever home today! 🥹 Jake had been in the loving care of Magnolia Paws Board & Train as a long-term foster, and after spending so much time with him, one of their staff members realized they just couldn't let him go. Today, they made it official and adopted him! We absolutely love a foster fail, and Jake couldn't have found a more perfect family. 🏡✨

A huge THANK YOU to Magnolia Paws for hosting today's adoption event and for providing lunch for all of our staff, volunteers, fosters, and adopters. Your generosity, hospitality, and partnership mean so much to our team and, most importantly, to the animals we serve.

Every foster, every volunteer, and every adopter helps change lives—and today, Jake got the ending he deserved. ❤️

🦴🤍MAGNOLIA PAWS & A CAUSE🤍🦴

Tomorrow, come on out to Magnolia Paws and meet a superstar line-up of our foster pups! Yes, everyone attending is already settled into a home so we can give you all the details on potty training, manners, and all of their quirks. Hear it from those that have been caring for them directly. Adopting a pup from a foster home also helps those here in shelter! Our foster families can then take another into their care, which leads to another open kennel for an intake. Win-win!

There will be food and refreshments available 🌭 The event will be rain or shine (indoor space is available for meet & greets!) so come on out and find your furry new family member 💙🩵

These are the faces of hope. ❤️🐾

Because of this incredible community, Operation Fight for 50 became something truly special.

These amazing families opened their hearts and homes by fostering and adopting dogs who were running out of time. Every smiling face in these photos represents a life saved, a second chance given, and a future rewritten.

Together, we saved all 50 dogs.🥹🎉

To every adopter, foster, volunteer, donor, supporter, and person who shared a post or encouraged someone to help thank you.This victory belongs to all of you.

This wasn't just about saving dogs. It was about proving what can happen when a community comes together with compassion and refuses to give up.

You joined our pack. You fought for the 50. And together, we changed 50 lives forever.❤️

We will be closed for normal business today due to several of our staff being flooded in. We have a contingent of staff that are on site for animal care and cleaning. They also took out the tree on 1088 x 36 for everyone else.. If you have an animal emergency, please call 985-809-0183 for an ACO.

‼️FOUND CAT

This solid black female adult cat was brought in as a stray after being found in the Belair Subdivision in Slidell. She is wearing a pink collar with a bell, but is not microchipped.

What a special moment we shared with Jason, Felicia and Jenny of St. Francis as we helped load up the last of our Fight for 50 pups 💙🩵 This is the end of our Mayday and the start of a recharged and renewed partnership with an organization that makes an incredible impact every day. We know these pups are in extremely capable and caring hands!
