📣📣Save the Date!
Belknap County 4-H will be participating in the Laconia Pumpkin Festival on October 24th! 🎃

We encourage all 4-H members and clubs to join us and bring an engaging activity or craft for festival attendees to enjoy.

We are hoping to feature even more animals as part of an animal education experience for the public. If you have an animal that enjoys meeting people and is comfortable around crowds, this event is perfect for you! It's time to start thinking of a fun costume for them to wear 👻

We are also excited to host a Scarecrow Contest for 4-H clubs and members. Festival attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite scarecrow, with additional judging provided by the 4-H Program Manager. We look forward to seeing your creativity on display!

New Hampshire K–5 educators: bring more food, agriculture and nutrition education into your classroom with support from UNH Extension’s 4-H Farm to School Fellowship.

Throughout the 2026–2027 school year, 4-H Farm to School Fellows will use the Harvest of the Month curriculum to help students build food system literacy and learn more about nutrition.

Fellows will also receive professional development, monthly teaching resources and opportunities to connect and learn with other educators across the state.

Only 10 teachers will be selected for this year’s fellowship.

Coös County 4-H is still needing volunteers for the Lancaster Fair.
We need judges for:
*The 4-H Hall items on Wednesday - you will be judging items that 4-her's exhibit in the hall. Anyone can be a judge! Contact Christine Whiting, [email protected] or call 603-788-4961 to sign up.
