⚙STEM Club starts on Monday at 3:30! Each STEM Club will have a different Craft or activity provided by a grant from Duke Energy!
🔬Stem Club will alternate with Lego Club every other Monday.
⚛STEM Club participants will get to print one 3-D item per semester (school calendar) for FREE!

✨️This week was no joke, these kids worked hard!🤩 They were randomly broken into three groups and with VERY minimal adult leadership they:

🛤Created a track with colored tiles for a robot car!
🌉Designed and printed obstacles on the library's 3-D printers
🪑Ran the course in front of a room FULL of people and they all aced it on the first try!!

🥰I am so proud of these kids!🥰

🤩Come and see what we did at STEM Camp! 🤩 These kids have worked so hard this week as teams! Building a race track for our little robot cars. They used the new 3-D printers to print obstacles and then used the scientific method to make their obstacles work for them!

Rest in Peace to the great Dolly Parton, lover of books!

Dolly created The Imagination Library (founded in 1995) which sends free, age-appropriate books monthly to children from birth to age five all over the world. Inspired by her father’s inability to read, Parton’s program has distributed over 1 million books each month worldwide.

We have some Dolly Parton books available now at the library! Stop by to grab a copy. 🩷
