One thing I want everyone to know that apparently security companies don't tell you: Multipurpose alarms are not good for everything. Carbon monoxide sinks to the floor and smoke rises to the ceiling. Your carbon monoxide alarms should be at your baseboards and smoke detectors should be at the highest point of your ceiling.
