A couple of weeks ago, I felt I was getting too old to be climbing a tall ladder and re-staining my whole house, along some work on our Airbnb rental, The Little House on the Flambeau, so someone told me, “Put out Bids.” So I put out bids. Eileen & I was surprised by how many we received soooo quickly. While narrowing them down, I received a call from one bidder that was in the area-ish, and he would like to stop by and give us a quote. I told him, “SURE,” and he did. I told him what I wanted, where I wanted it, and when I needed it. He stated all my stuff would be fine, but also suggested many more things that he felt would make my property look even better, and what it would cost for him to do it.
After talking to him a little more, checking with other people about him, he wrote a contract with all the things he would do and when he would do them, we signed.
What would have taken me all summer was done and paid for in a short of time. We are extremely happy with Tyrel Sikora & his father. Any questions?
