The Lafayette Housing Authority is excited to announce that we are currently seeking applicants for our 3-bedroom apartments!

We offer preferences that may help move you higher on the waiting list, including:

To qualify, your household must have a minimum of 3 family members (depending on familial status) and a maximum of 6 family members.

📢 Waiting List Now Open!

The Lafayette Housing Authority is now opening the waiting list for our 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. Families in need of housing are encouraged to apply.

You may apply online at www.lafayetteha.org to be added to the waiting list. After completing the online application, you must come by our office to pick up and complete the full application packet in order for your application to be processed.

Please note that the waiting list will only be open for a limited time, so we encourage anyone interested to apply as soon as possible.

REQUEST FOR LAWN SERVICE
Lafayette Housing Authority is accepting bids for the lawn care for the 2026 season.
Scope of the Work:
Weekly cutting of all grass areas Weekly weed-eating around all buildings, trees, sidewalks, power poles,
and parking areas
• Blow cuttings off all porches and sidewalks.
• Edging all sidewalks and curbs at start of season
Mulching leaves in winter season (once a year)
Location: Located in Lafayette, TN- Gann Court, Dycus Circle, Walrond Court, and Wells Drive
Requirements: Contractor shall purchase and maintain liability insurance and provide this agency with copy of insurance. Also provide workers compensation as
requited by the State of TN.

Scheduled Services:
Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
