It's been an honor to be nominated and one of the winners in several categories these past couple years.

This year, we want to focus on celebrating and supporting the mental health community by not being in competition with them.

There are countless mental health providers that are serving this community in ways many will not see.

We’d like to welcome Bridget Alexander, MS, LPC to the Lotus Dream Team!

Bridget’s area of focus is working with couples, infidelity, trauma, veterans, addiction, and life transitions. Bridget is the process of becoming EMDR trained and utilizes the following therapeutic modalities to best serve clients: DBT, Solution Focused, Sandtray Therapy, Parts Work, and systems focused.

She is a mom and grandma and has a background of 10 years being a lay Christian Counselor in her church. She is a wealth of wisdom and her presence is a warm hug.

She offers evening and weekend availability to best accommodate you!
