This year’s Southern Meadows Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale will be Friday and Saturday, April 26th and 27th. Rain or shine!

The HOA will place an advertisement and place notices at the entrance to promote the sale.

Reminder: The annual neighborhood yard sale is Friday, May 5th and Saturday, May 6th, so expect extra cars around. If you are able to park in your garage or driveway, I'm sure your neighbors with sales would appreciate it!

Need to replace your mailbox, neighbors? The SMHOA Board recommends MB Innovations. Here's the relevant information. Please note that the city of Lafayette's sanitation department will dispose of the old box and post on your regular trash day, so there's no need to pay for disposal.

Oh, and no need to pay for painting....the HOA will be having all the neighborhood mailbox posts painted in the spring.
