Our offices will be open normal hours tomorrow. Judge Kane is scheduled for court tomorrow beginning at 9:00 am, our Grand Jury is to report as well at 9:00 a.m. Thank you for your patience this last week, and we pray you all are staying safe and warm.

If you have not done so, please download our app for any notices of office closures or court cancellations.

Our offices will be OPEN tomorrow, January 30. We will be working on getting all court dates rescheduled from this week. Keep in mind we may not have all court dates by tomorrow, so please be patient as we do our best to get those new court dates.

Court for Monday, February 2 with Judge Kane will proceed as normal. If you are on the grand jury, you are also to report Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. as well.

Please read the following carefully.

Out of an abundance of caution, our offices will remain closed tomorrow. Court will also be cancelled, and all cases will be rescheduled for another date. Please allow our office to get new dates for you once we are back in the office.

As of right now, Judge Kane is scheduled for court starting next Monday, February 2, at 9. Our grand jury is also scheduled to meet at the same time. All court proceedings for Monday will continue as scheduled until further notice is given.

We will notify you all tomorrow if we plan to be open on Friday.

After careful consideration, the decision has been made to close all offices Monday, January 26 and potentially Tuesday depending on the weather.

If you have court on Monday it will be rescheduled to a later date, please allow us time to get those dates.

Please read the following carefully:
All jury panels will NOT be needed the week of January 26 - January 30. The next day to call in will be Monday, February 2, 2026 after 5:00 pm.

Please add the following weeks to your calendars for potential jury trials:
March 4 - March 6 for Judge Kane
April 14 - April 15 for Judge Collins

If you are scheduled for court on Monday, January 26 with Judge Collins court is scheduled to proceed as normal. This could be subject to change depending on the weather. We will post here and send out a push notification for any changes.

The Circuit Court, Clerk & Master, Misdemeanor Probation, and Youth Service offices will all be closing at 12:00pm. We will reopen Thursday, October 30 at 8:00am. Sorry for any inconvenience.
