🎉 BIG NEWS FOR THE CHAMBER! 🎉

We’re celebrating some exciting recognition from the Indiana Chamber Executives Association (ICEA)!

🏆 The LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce has been named a finalist for Chamber of the Year.

🏆 Sara Patrick has been named a finalist for Executive of the Year.

🏆 Ian Mullen has been named a finalist for Staff Professional of the Year.

To be recognized in all three categories is an incredible honor and a reflection of the passion, dedication, and teamwork that drives our organization every day.

These nominations belong to more than just our staff. They represent the support of our members, Board of Directors, volunteers, community partners, and everyone who believes in building a stronger LaGrange County.

Thank you for allowing us to serve this amazing community. We are proud of this recognition and even more proud of what we continue to accomplish together.

Winners will be announced next week at the annual ICEA Conference, and we are honored to be among the finalists representing chambers from across Indiana.

Today, we celebrated our amazing intern, Morgan, on her last day with us before she graduates from high school! 🎓✨

The Chamber staff headed to Cook's Bison Ranch for one last adventure together, filled with laughs, memories, and plenty of celebration. We’re so thankful for all of Morgan’s hard work, positivity, and dedication during her time with us.

A few things Morgan shared about her experience with the Chamber:

💬 “Marketing is more than just promoting; it’s about connecting with people.”
💬 Favorite projects? “Making flyers for events and creating TikToks!”
💬 One accomplishment she’s most proud of: “Starting up TikTok for the Chamber.”
💬 One word to describe her internship experience: “Transformative.”

Morgan will be attending Hanover College to major in marketing, and we know she has an incredibly bright future ahead.

Last week, we (in collaboration with the LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation) officially launched the Leadership LaGrange County Class of 2026! 🎉

Participants kicked off the program by diving into their Gallup CliftonStrengths assessments and learning more about the unique talents, perspectives, and leadership strengths that make them who they are. Through engaging discussions and activities, the class explored how understanding their strengths can help them grow personally, lead more effectively, and collaborate with others.

We’re excited to watch this group continue to learn, connect, and grow throughout the year as they journey through Leadership LaGrange County together. 👏
