Thank you to Captain Curiosity for an exciting STEM adventure at the Library!

Kids explored the carbon cycle and discovered how carbon moves through plants, animals, the oceans, the ground, and the air. Along the way, they encountered volcanic eruptions, prehistoric creatures, and plenty of science-filled fun.

🦈 Join the Youth Services Librarians for Storytime on the Green this Friday, June 19 at 9am!

Find us on the Green near the gazebo during the Farmers Market for stories, songs, and fun for young children and their caregivers. Plus, we may have a special surprise guest joining us this week... 🦈

Recommended for ages 0–7. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

Storytime will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.

Located by the elevator, the Little Pantry is available to anyone in the community. Take what you need, give what you can, and help support your neighbors.

Nonperishable food items, personal care products, and other essential supplies are always appreciated. Whether you're contributing or utilizing the pantry, every act of kindness helps make our community stronger.

Stop by and visit the Little Pantry the next time you're at the Library. Thank you to the Lake Bluff Women’s Club for helping keep the pantry stocked and supporting our community.

A huge thank you to the T-Rexplorers and Ranger for visiting the Library and bringing the prehistoric world to life! 🦖🦕

Participants got up close with real fossils, learned what life is like on a paleontological dig, and discovered how plants helped shape the prehistoric world. It was an unforgettable adventure full of curiosity, exploration, and dinosaur-sized fun!

Join the community for a joyful afternoon at the Village Green during “Love Grows Here: A Pride Celebration” on Sunday, June 7 from 3–4 PM. Tiny tuxes, sparkly dresses, dancing feet, and the sweetest memories 💃🕺✨

Baby Prom was such a fun afternoon filled with music, movement, photo ops, and lots of smiles! Thank you to all the families who joined us to celebrate Prom season Library-style. We loved seeing everyone dressed up, dancing together, and making memories with their little ones.

We’re still smiling about it 💕
