Mental health is about all of us.
Last night, Marshal Keller had the privilege of sitting on a panel and openly discussing the stress and anxiety first responders quietly carry throughout their careers. The discussion led us to talk about identifying and providing responders with an outlet to receive help without being judged or labeled.
Thank you, Allen Cormier, for allowing me to be part of such an amazing event. Conversations like these matter, and so does checking on one another.
