SWLA Suicide Prevention Coalition Coalition to prevent, educate and bring awareness to the community about suicide.

SWLA Suicide Prevention Coalition provides training's, education materials, and support groups. The SPICY Coalition was organized to provide prevention, intervention, and education on youth suicide in the SWLA area. This is accomplished through the annual walk, talks, training opportunities, and partnering with local yellow ribbon clubs. Schools in the five parish area of Allen, Beauregard, Calcas

ieu, Cameron, & Jeff Davis have the opportunity to organize a Yellow Ribbon Club in their school to provided suicide prevention and education to their peers. Our coalition also provided assistance to those that would like to develop a Yellow Ribbon Club.
