Day three of the Senior Games concluded successfully with an impressive display of track and field events. The day's events underscored a valuable lesson: that adversity should not impose limitations, but rather serve as a catalyst to push forward. Mr. Butch Ryan exemplified this spirit, achieving first place in all his field events despite competing blind. His accomplishment serves as a testament to perseverance. All participants are commended for their efforts. Tuesday marks Day four, dubbed 'Fun Day', featuring billiards, spelling bees, accuracy throws, swimming, bolo golf, and other activities as outlined in the schedule. Gratitude is expressed to Judge Ron Richard, our esteemed sponsor, for providing paraphernalia from the renowned pole vaulter Mondo Duplantis, who holds a free world records in which he started attaining at a young age.

On behalf of the Senior Games, thank you for your generous support and commitment. We are truly grateful to each and every one of you.
Your contributions make a meaningful difference. Without your support, we would not be able to provide the experiences and student/athlete scholarships (McNeese's student athlete) for the senior athletes who participate in the Senior Games. Your partnership helps us celebrate healthy aging, competition, and community for older adults across our region.
Thank you for believing in our mission and investing in our senior athletes. Your generosity does not go unnoticed, and we sincerely appreciate all you do.
