Tomorrow, Tuesday, January 15, Florence County Election Director David K. Alford will be speaking at the School District 3 offices from 6:00pm - 8:00pm to let voters know the particulars of the new voter ID law.

This seminar will NOT be held at the Lake City Public Library, as previously reported in the Morning News. The Morning News has said that it will print a correction in tomorrow's newspaper.

Our new Technology Center is soon to come! Next week, from Tuesday, Jan. 15 - Friday, Jan. 18, the public computers will not be available for patron use while we set up the new technology center and add new computers.
Wireless internet access will still be available, and the library will be open for regular business hours.

Don't forget to check out our book sale! New titles are being added weekly.

Lake City Public Library will close next week for the Thanksgiving holiday and library renovations. Regular hours will resume on the following Monday, Nov. 26.

Tomorrow, November 6, Lake City Public Library will be offering a Computer Basics workshop. Adults of all ages are invited to attend the workshop. Come learn new skills, and brush up on old ones.
