🐴 Hey Horse Club Crew! 🌟
Quick barn update!
We’re taking a little weather break and canceling the next two Horse Club meetings on March 19 and April 16 so the weather can warm up a bit. No frozen fingers or frosty noses for us! ❄️🥶
But here’s a fun horse fact while we wait:
Did you know horses can sleep standing up and lying down? They have a special “stay apparatus” in their legs that lets them snooze without falling over! 😴🐎

Each year, nearly 1,000 youth from across Michigan head to Michigan State University for three unforgettable days of learning, leadership, new friendships and FUN. With 100+ hands-on sessions to choose from, you’ll live in an MSU dorm and explore campus while discovering new interests and building skills that last a lifetime.

BOTH CLASSES ARE FULL, continue to watch our page for more clubs. 🎉 Great News, Missaukee 4-H!
Our Sewing SPIN Club was such a huge hit that we’re adding TWO more spin clubs! 🧵💚✨We are limiting it to 7 youth per SPIN club.
Whether you're brand-new to sewing or already know your way around a machine, this club will give even more youth a chance to learn skills, be creative, and make something awesome!

Join us for our next Missaukee 4-H Large Animal Club!
Come learn how to select a structurally correct show animal. We’ll cover the key traits to look for in beef, dairy, sheep, and goats, and discuss how structure impacts performance, growth, and soundness.

We’ll also finish the meeting with a fun hands-on activity where youth will build their own structurally correct animals to practice what they’ve learned!

Blazing Arrows 4-H Members and Families,
We are canceling the Blazing Arrows meeting scheduled for Saturday, February 28 so that our club can attend Wyatt Mosher’s Celebration of Life in Lake City.
