Contractors have hit a water main in the area of Noyes, Willson, Myers, Julian, and Payton Streets. Customers in these locations may experience low water pressure or a temporary loss of water service.

Notice to Customers – Contractors will be performing upgrades to LCMUA’s water system over this weekend (Friday through Sunday). The affected area will be on South Shady Shores Road between Main Street and Hundley Rd in Lake Dallas. The work will be done in the evenings to minimize disruptions to commercial operations and should begin at around 10pm and should not last more than 2-4 hours. 📢 LCMUA Utility Billing Office Closure Notice
The Lake Cities Municipal Utility Authority (LCMUA) Utility Billing Office will be closed on Friday, July 17, 2026, while we complete billing software upgrades.
We will reopen for normal business hours on Monday, July 20, 2026. If you have a water or wastewater emergency during the closure, please contact our after-hours emergency operator at 940-222-1988.
