Both the NYS Senate and Assembly have passed the volunteer Firefighters and volunteer EMS tax credit bill.
This bill increases the NYS income tax credit to $800.00 and also allows receiving the real property tax credit.
Now it needs to be signed into effect by the Governor.
This is a hurdle because of the financial crisis of New York State.
Your help is needed.
