In 2026, a portion of the Stephen Stanton Endowment Fund will:
✨ Help Leelanau County residents enroll in Extended Education classes at NMC
✨ Sponsor Donuts & Coffee for NMC Campus Day

Stephen believed deeply in lifelong learning. Teaching Extended Education classes at NMC was one of the great joys of his life. Today, his legacy continues by helping neighbors grow their skills, explore new interests, and gather in community.
This is what an endowment does — it turns generosity into ongoing opportunity.
