🐉 What a lovely night!

Family Fun Night was everything we hoped it would be. The weather was just gorgeous, the turnout blew us away, and watching our students run around with their friends one last time before summer was honestly the best send-off anyone could have asked for.

We have to give the biggest thank you to our two parent co-leads, Chelsea Wheeler and Sarah Liekweg. Pulling off a night like this is NO small feat, and they gave so much of their time and heart to make it special. We are endlessly grateful for both of you.

Thank you also to every parent volunteer, student volunteer, and staff member who jumped in to help. Nights like this only happen because so many hands come together, and ours is a community that always shows up and shows out.

And with this being our final PTO event of the 2025-2026 school year, we just want to say THANK YOU, truly, to the whole Webber community. You have shown up for us again and again, which ultimately results in an exceptionally robust experience for our students. That means more than we can ever say.

Webber families are invited to join Ms. Mucci and Ms. Burks for Spring Clean-Up at Webber Elementary tomorrow, Friday, May 15th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. After a week of chilly weather, it's looking like we’ll have near perfect conditions for giving our campus a refresh (67° and sunny)! ☀️

Bring gloves, rakes, brooms, blowers, or weeding tools if you have them. Many hands make light work, so if your schedule allows, sign up here -

Webber Families 💚

A quick note from your PTO: we’ve decided to cancel our final PTO meeting of the school year previously scheduled for tomorrow evening. We know our community is navigating a lot right now, and we want to give families the space and grace to focus on what matters most.

We’ll be sharing end of year updates over our socials in the coming weeks, including Field Day, Family Fun Night, and a few final moments to celebrate the close of the 2025-2026 school year.

💚 Staff Appreciation Week at Webber! 💚

This week we’re celebrating the incredible humans who pour into our Dragons every single day, and we couldn’t do any of it without YOU.

Every dollar donated to the Webber PTO, every Box Top scanned, every fundraiser supported… this is where it goes. Right back into the people who make Webber feel like home for our students.

Here’s a peek at what your support has made possible this week:

Today is Principal Appreciation Day, and we can’t let it pass without celebrating our very own Principal Anthony Palmeri! 🐉

From the moment he stepped into Webber, it was clear we had someone special. He leads with intention, with heart, and with a deep care for every single person who walks through these doors. Not just the teachers and staff, but every student, every family, every part of what makes Webber, Webber.

He takes the work seriously without taking himself too seriously, which means he’s just as willing to get slimed, take a pie to the face, or be the good sport at a school-wide celebration as he is to roll up his sleeves for the harder, quieter work of leading a school community. That balance is rare. That kind of leadership shows up in our classrooms, in our hallways, and ultimately in the way our kids choose to show up in the world.

Thank you, Principal Palmeri, for being such a thoughtful partner to the PTO and an even better leader for our Webber students. We are deeply grateful to have you at the helm, steering this community forward with steady hands and an even steadier heart. 💚🐉
