The city is launching a new citizen request portal, OpenGov. This system will help us to better manage our assets and resources, starting with how we handle requests for work to be done around the city.

The CitizenVue system officially retired on July 31, 2026. The city is working towards OpenGov going live Monday, August 31, 2026, and will serve as the new web portal where residents can submit requests for service. More information is coming soon, thank you for your patience!

The city is aware of the beaver spotted in a catch basin (stormwater drain). A team of four Public Works Stormwater employees are on site and have confirmed the beaver is now safety out of the catch basin.
Our Environmental Programs team has also confirmed beavers are known to travel through catch basins, and this is normal behavior for beavers. Thank you for your concern!
