Join our team! We are hiring at the Lake Village Branch Library!
Our library team is looking for a substitute librarian (Sub) to work regular hours each week as well as fill in when other staff are out. Must have a High School Diploma and be at least 21 years of age.
Sub will work 1-3 days per week as well as fill in when library staff are not available. These fill in hours vary and are scheduled on an "on-call" basis, mostly with very little notice ahead of time.
We are looking for somebody who is energetic, loves libraries and their community, is great at customer service, and enjoys working with people of all ages. Must have excellent computer skills and be able to assist patrons on public PCs and mobile devices.
This job doesn't offer a lot of hours and may not be for an individual looking for a full-time position. Ideal candidate could be a retired/semi-retired individual. Hourly salary is AR minimum wage: $11.
