Summer market season 2026 is in full swing! This weekend we are Farmers Market+ At The Dole ! We also are making bagels for Bikes and Bagels Cycle Werks In Barrington for their July event. We are increasing our production this weekend!

Bagels for Sunday- plain, everything, Asiago Parmesan, garlic, Rosemary sea salt and blueberry. Bringing plenty of pretzel bagel dogs!

Cream cheese choices are plain, chive, giardiniera, smoked salmon and blueberry.

We will also have Margherita Bizzas! Making a beautiful sauce from San Marzano tomatoes with lots of fresh basil from our garden. We got a lot of great feedback about the Bizzas and we’re happy to bring them back as a regular part of our menu!

It was great to have a weekend off and we’re ready to bake for you! One of my closest friends Heather Franks is helping us out Friday night with prep! Huge shoutout to her!!!

Can’t wait to bring you our Sassy fresh baked sourdough bagels on Sunday! As always, our Cary friends can preorder and pick up in Cary Country Market, Cary, Illinois from 12-4 this Sunday and there is always the option to pickup at the Dole during market hours. Link to order in our bio.

It’s almost July!

This summer is going fast!

We are off this coming weekend on 4th of July weekend.

We’ll be taking one more break during the market season the weekend of 8/8-8/9. Our son starts high school a few days later.

We hope you come on out to .poco on Sunday, May 17th where we will be popping up 9:30 to 11am! We are bringing lots of great bagels and items you can eat for breakfast at the coffee shop! All you have to do is bring your appetite!

Some basic info on our markets this summer!

We’re taking the next two weekends off- our next event is on Sunday, May 17th when we have a popup at Wheelhouse Pottery and Coffee in Woodstock (yay!!) and we will be providing bagels and cream cheese for Bikes and Bagels at CycleWerks in Barrington!

We’re super excited about doing another popup .poco! We hope you come and see us! Please tell us down below 👇 what you would like us to bring if you have any special requests! April 26th is also the last indoor market ! After 4/26 we will be off for a few weeks until Sunday, 5/17 when we will have another popup at Wheelhouse with a pick up option and then our summer markets start!

We will post our summer schedule soon but we’re thrilled to be doing both the Dole Market and the Cary Farmer’s Market - we will alternate Sundays - so excited to see you at both locations!

This weekend we have pickups on both Saturday and Sunday and pickups available on Sunday! All sales are live and open till Thursday night at 8pm.

We look forward to baking for you and remember that we are donating a percentage of all our sales in April to Parkinson’s research . Next year I’m hoping we can do the 5k to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation. We ran it a few years ago and are eager to do it again!
