Announcement | Elijah House Foundation will no longer operate the "Elijah House Emergency COVID Shelter" at 1111 Whalen Way, Lakeport California, 95422 as of September 4, 2022. Regretfully, on September 4, 2022 - the Elijah House Emergency COVID Shelter must close. We will continue to offer services at our Lucerne location: Elijah House Foundation, 6110 East Highway 20, Lucerne CA 95458. The Elijah House Foundation provides the following services in Lake County, CA: Housing Navigation, Case Management, Employment Development through the Back 2 Work Program, General Counseling, and placement into Sober Living Housing. Elijah House Homeless Shelter is BUSY! BUSY! BUSY! We are currently seeking both men and women's SUMMER clothing. Our shelter houses 30 people at one time and is in DESPERATE need of supplies! Our mission is to help our residents get back on their feet and back into living life. We as a shelter provide food, beds, showers, help with housing, assistance with applying for work, disability, health insurance, behavioral health, connecting with a primary physician and so much more so please help us help them🥰 It is so so hot out and our residents desperately need cooler clothing. Our shelter is a 501 C3 so any donations are able to be a tax write off to you!!
