🚧 Trail Closure Notice 🚧

Beginning Monday, July 27, 2026, the Burtchville Township section of the bike/hiking trail between Norman Road and Burtch Road will be closed for approximately two weeks to replace the culverts.

For your safety, please respect all posted closure signs and barriers, and plan an alternate route during this time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as these improvements are completed. Thank you for helping keep our community safe!

CO alarms save lives.
Burtchville Twp. Fire recently responded to a call where a carbon monoxide alarm detected dangerously high levels inside a home. The resident dialed 911 right away, and that quick action prevented what could have been a life-threatening situation. Make sure your CO alarms are installed, working, and tested regularly—your safety depends on it.
