Say hello to “Jack” a handsome 1963 Lyman 25’ Hardtop Sleeper at Whitefish Woody Weekend XIV, June 26 – 28 at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake!

Since the day he left the Lyman Boat Company in Sandusky, Ohio, Jack has been a proud resident of Lake Pend Oreille. Originally ordered by Sandpoint businessman Mr. McFarland, Jack was so loved that the family quickly bought a second Lyman — which means Jack stayed gently used and incredibly well preserved.

Today, he is kept shining just as he left the factory (with one tasteful refinish and repower in the early 2010s). He’s a true time capsule of classic Lyman style and comfort!

Meet “Grand Rouge” at Whitefish Woody Weekend XIV!

This fiery little 1939 Chris-Craft Special Race Boat proves good things come in small packages! At just 16 feet long with a roaring GMC 180 hp engine, this beauty is fast, flashy, and full of personality.

Named after a gorgeous redhead (and a bold French red wine), Grand Rouge has been turning heads for 22 years at her Lake Coeur d’Alene home. She’s a multiple award-winner, including Skipper’s Choice at Whitefish Woody Weekend, and was even featured in “The Brass Bell” magazine!

Come see this little red rocket in person — she may be small, but she’s GRAND in every way!

Whitefish Woody Weekend XIV Spotlight:

“Blew By You” is ready to make an entrance!

Say hello to this sleek speedster — a 1967 Chris-Craft Cutlass 26’!

This rare beauty is one of only 250 Cutlasses ever made… and just 50 of them were twin-engine models. Built in Algonac, Michigan, she’s a true classic with serious attitude!

The owner first laid eyes on her back in 2018 and instantly fell for her lines. Fast-forward to 2020 when the opportunity came up — he jumped on it and made her his own (back then she went by the sassy name “My Mistress”).

What followed was an epic transformation, pouring 30–40 hours a week into bringing her back to life. In 2021 they launched… only to discover the original engines were toast.

But this lady doesn’t quit! Last year they installed brand-new custom-built GM 350 marine engines — dyno-tuned to 305 horsepower each with 400 lb-ft of torque. She now lives up to her name… Blew By You!

Dressed in a gorgeous “Malicious Blue,” she’s been fitted with fresh bottom paint, a sparkling hull polish, new cup holders, a footrest, spotlight, and life ring bracket — all the comforts for fun days on the water.

Whitefish Woody Weekend XIV is almost here… and “In The Red” is ready to turn heads!

Meet this rare beauty: a 1966 Century Fibersport 17’!

Produced for just one single model year, the Fibersport was Century’s cool, short-lived bridge between classic wood boats and the fiberglass future. After 1966, the name disappeared forever — making this boat a true one-year wonder!

“In The Red” still packs its original Ford Interceptor 352ci V8, rides on a custom Ryan trailer with redline tires, and rocks a sharp red-and-white look. The gelcoat was beautifully refinished, the deck vinyl changed to a bold red, and a custom red-stained Khaya wood dash gives it that perfect period vibe.

Meet “Golden Days” – A True Family Heirloom!
1967 20’ Thompson Offshore

This beauty was factory-ordered brand new on August 1, 1967 by the owner’s father. For decades she was his trusty fishing companion out on Puget Sound — and you can still feel that history in every inch of her!

After a full restoration (started in 2010 and completed in 2016), 95% of the wood is still original. They’ve kept her exactly as Dad had her set up for fishing days:
original trailer & upholstery, Ross depth sounder, Zenith short wave radio, compass, pole holders & full helm instrumentation, vintage Penn reels & fishing gear, aluminum ice chest/fish box, even the original 1967 Evinrude 3hp trolling motor!

She’s a rolling (and floating) time capsule of classic wooden boat fishing at its finest.

Meet “Chips & Caviar” – One Gorgeous Lady!

1956 Chris-Craft Cavalier

This stunning classic wooden boat just got a new captain and she’s looking better than ever!

Purchased in 2024 by Rob Bailey (her third owner), Chips & Caviar has spent most of her life cruising the beautiful waters of Whitefish Lake and Coeur d’Alene.

There’s just something special about a perfectly maintained classic wooden boat — the shine, the lines, the history, and that unmistakable charm only a 1956 Chris-Craft can deliver.

🚤✨ Meet Tomgirl — our cute-as-a-bug’s-ear classic wooden boat!

She was already 50 years old when she was brought to her new home in 2005. Born in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, she was being restored 300 miles away in Grand Rapids, Michigan when she was found. She still has all her original hardware and that beautiful original steering wheel!

She’s powered by a feisty 1957 18hp Johnson Seahorse outboard (with rare electric start) that, while problematic, the owners just can’t give up on.

The best part? The couple who was selling her had never been to Yellowstone, so they offered to meet the buyers in the park for delivery. That’s how Tomgirl officially joined the family! ❤️

A true slice of boating history with Tomahawk Boat Company roots.

🚤✨ Meet Miss Montana — a true Montana legend back on the water!

Built in 1954 at Stan Craft Boat Works on Flathead Lake, this stunning wooden Torpedo is one of only EIGHT surviving boats of her kind. She was the first Stan Craft powered by a screaming V8 engine, hand-built by legendary racer Danny Foster.

Originally owned by Dr. Casebeer from Butte, she was built to be the fastest boat on the lake and became famous on Georgetown Lake for (rumor has it) pulling seven water-skiers at once!

After years away in Lake Tahoe, she proudly returned home to Montana in 2022 and received a beautiful restoration, completed in September 2025.

Welcome back, Miss Montana. You’re not just a boat — you’re pure Montana history and craftsmanship on the water! ❤️
