2025 Grasshopper Workshop for Agricultural specialists, Extension Faculty, government field staff, and crop consultants.
May 13-14 8am to 4pm
2-day course on identifying, surveying, and managing Orthoptera pests through classroom and field training.
Cost is $125 per applicant which covers the two-day catered lunch and supplies for insect collection, including sweeping nets, an insect storage box, and pinning materials.

This is a 12-month, full-time, county-based OSU Extension position. The anticipated starting salary is in the range of $52,249-$65,004, commensurate with education, skills, and experience.
