During his uplifting address, Superintendent Banner celebrated schools for their progress and challenged all staff to Level UP and continue our shared focus on growing in our work and leadership to support students. CPSD staff attended JBLM’s Annual Beach Bash event on Saturday, Aug. 22 to celebrate the new school year with our military families and their kids. CPSD hosted several activities at its booth, including making buttons and friendship bracelets, browsing free books, playing connect four, and meeting Buster, the animated school bus. In addition to the CPSD volunteers, Superintendent Ron Banner was on hand to visit with parents and students to talk about the upcoming school year. Need more information about the new school year? The Clover Park School District Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting/workshop on Monday, Aug. 24, 5:30 p.m., in room 4 of the Student Services Center located at 10903 Gravelly Lake Dr. SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. The meeting will also be live-streamed on Zoom and YouTube.

🎉 Late Nite is BACK at the Lakewood Y! 🎉
We're excited to welcome everyone back for another season of fun, games, music, sports, food, and friends!
High School Late Nite:
🕘 Fridays | 9:00–11:00pm
✅ Check-in: 9:00–9:30pm
🚫 No entry after 9:30pm

Middle School Late Nite:
🕕 Saturdays | 6:00–8:00pm
✅ Check-in: 6:00–6:30pm
🚫 No entry after 6:30pm

Important Reminders:
🍕 Food will be served during check-in.
🎒 All bags will be securely locked in a designated room during the event.
📝 A parent/guardian must complete the new Late Nite membership waiver before attending.
🪪 School IDs are required at check-in.
