The City of Lakewood Department of Human Services is looking for a dedicated, compassionate professional to join our Division of Youth as a Human Services Case Manager (WRAP Specialist).

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, youth, and families in our community. 💙

What you’ll do:
✔️ Work directly with youth and families through home visits and meetings
✔️ Assess needs and develop service plans
✔️ Connect clients to resources and support services
✔️ Provide advocacy, crisis intervention, and ongoing case management
✔️ Collaborate with community partners and support systems
✔️ Facilitate groups and support programs

Position details:
📍 Full-time position
💲 Salary: $66,081.60 annually
🕗 Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (some evenings/weekends required)

Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
✔️ At least 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families
✔️ LSW required
✔️ Ability to pass background checks and screening

We are excited to announce a Community Forum on April 23, 2026, at the Cove Community Center. This event offers a unique opportunity for community partners and stakeholders to engage directly with leadership in discussions surrounding child and family services. Please note, there will be no March meeting as we transition to Quarterly Collaborative Meetings. Mark your calendars for the upcoming meetings in May, August, and November.
