Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) The SOMB creates policy, conducts research, authors position papers, and oversees providers who treat s*x offenders.

The SOMB was commissioned by the Colorado legislature in 1992 and currently includes 25 members representing a comprehensive perspective regarding s*x offender management. The board creates public policy based on research with victims/survivors as the first priority. We have purview over treatment providers, evaluators, and polygraph examiners who provide services to s*x offenders under the jursid
