We are so proud of Tino. ๐Ÿ†

Tino was hired as a helper clerk at Safeway on 72nd Street last July, while in our School to Work program. From day one, he showed up ready to work, grow and earn the trust of everyone around him.

In November, that effort was recognized in a big way: Tino was named Employee of the Month. His supervisor Tori said it best: โ€œTino has worked hard to grow professionally, overcome challenges, and is always striving to do better. The award wasn't just earned. It was well deserved.โ€

Since then, his Centerforce job coach team (Heather, Jason and Anna) have been able to step back entirely. Tino now works independently. And on Sundays when he's off the clock, his coworkers pick him up so they can all go to church together.
A great job, real independence and friendships that go beyond the workplace. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

๐ŸŽ‰ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐˜๐„๐€๐‘๐’. We are so incredibly proud of our client Madison, who is celebrating her 11th work anniversary at Tacoma' s Red Lobster!

Every shift, Madison shows up and gives her all: rolling silverware, cleaning tables and chairs, vacuuming, and keeping things running smoothly. She's been a valued part of the Red Lobster team for over a decade, and it shows.

But what makes Madison's story even more special? Her best friend Tyaunna.
