In North Dakota, Towner, Cavalier, Pembina, Benson, Ramsey, Eastern Walsh, Eddy, Nelson, Grand Forks, Griggs, Steele, Traill, Barnes, Cass, Ransom, Sargent, Richland and Western Walsh. * WINDS...South to southeast wind 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph today turning southwest across eastern North Dakota by evening.
